Sci-Fi Book Idea

Here's a free idea for someone wanting to write a Sci-Fi book and subsequent movie: Combine Total Recall with The Masters Tournament.
Remember in Total Recall that a customer could go into the Cyber Travel Agency and have a brain implant that gave them a memory of a vacation?
How about getting an implant that lets you think you won the Masters Tournament this year?
